Contemplating what a joint Israeli and Palestinian flag might look like in the perfect world, where thousands of years of doubt and distrust never happened, I came up with these earrings: Tree of Life (commercially made) with beads in the colors of both flags. But instead of the red signifying blood, can we imagine it signifying the shared love of land and history? The shared love of a distant patriarch, revered, yet human? If you share this vision and believe that we must find another way, these are for you! Currently, I have only one pair available, but I intend to make more.
