This Snowy Day Kippah with repurposed silver flower focal, black wire, silver wire, and frosted Czech glass beads was indeed, inspired by a snowy day! Hebrew school was canceled, so I had a few extra hours, and looking out my window, the last of the previous snow had almost washed away, when it started sleeting. Soon, that changed to thick, soft snow, falling rapidly from a blue-grey sky. Wearing this kippah might bring lovely memories of childhood snow days, of hot cocoa and snow people, of sticking your tongue out to catch the flakes.
